My order didn't arrive, but tracking says 'Delivered.' What do I do?

If the tracking status for your order indicates 'Delivered,' yet you haven't received your parcel, here are some steps to take:

  1. Check Your Property: Look around all entrances, including near the garage, to see if the package was placed out of plain view.

  2. Ask Around: Talk to your housemates or neighbors to see if someone else received the package on your behalf.

  3. Contact the Carrier: If the package is still missing, reach out to the carrier service or local post office that delivered the package for further assistance.

  4. Get in Touch with Us: If all else fails, please contact us via our Contact Form. We will assist as much as reasonably possible to trace the missing parcel.

Please note that we can't be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels, so refunds or reshipments may not be possible.
